Delivery time: This refers to the time it takes to ship goods from our supplier to the destination. On average our delivery time is 10-12 days, this is because we deliver the products directly from the supplier, so we can keep prices low as we save hugely on storage and transportation costs.
We do our utmost to deliver the product as soon as possible, thank you for your understanding.

Once you have placed an order, you can track your package after a few days. By entering your 4-digit order number and email address on the tracking page, you can see approximately when your order will be delivered.

If you are not satisfied with any of our products, there is no problem at all. This can always happen. Maybe we can meet you in a different way. If this is not the case, you can always return our products within 14 days of receipt.

1. send an email that you want to return.
2. we will send you the return form by email (return costs are at the customer's expense).
3. fill in the above and send the package.
4. get the purchase amount (return costs) on your account as soon as we have received the package, we will refund the amount to your account within 5 days.
